David Roth
NEPA Compliance Specialist / Surveyor

Dave Roth has been working in the energy field since 1999. As a crew chief & supervisory field archaeologist for cultural resource management firms based in New Orleans and Pittsburgh he gained experience on pipeline and energy facility projects in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.  As a federal archaeologist working for the US Forest Service in California and the BLM in Wyoming he has gained invaluable experience into the oversight process.  Dave also has had multiple training courses in NEPA and has conducted multiple environmental studies in the above listed states regarding proposed energy projects.

• NEPA Rangeland Management - US Forest Service - 2006
• Section 106 Compliance and Review - US Forest Service, BLM, and multiple programmatic agreements with the ACHP and SHPO in multiple states -(2000-2007
