Mindy Larimore
Administrative Assistant

Mindy is our Administrative Assistant (meaning she keeps the gears of this organization working smoothly). She is on our front line greeting you when you walk in the door and is usually the one to answer the phone when you call. Mindy joined our staff in December, 1993, and has provided professional support to our clients and staff in many ways, including data entry and database maintenance, new job preparation, and supporting the accounting department when needed. Mindy keeps us organized and all the data available and handy by keeping the filing current. She also tracks safety hours for clients requesting that service. Mindy makes sure you get your drawings and documents. This involves preparing transmittals, making copies, and sending them via Fed Ex or US Mail. Her valuable versatility is evident in her support of the drafting department by scanning signed documents and keeping the corner rec database current. She also puts time and effort into making sure the annual company picnic is a big success.
