Ray Williams is the Survey Manager for D. R. Griffin & Associates, Inc. in the Rock Springs office. Ray brings 33 years of professional practice in surveying, drafting, project coordination to the professional team at D. R. Griffin. Ray worked 32 years with Questar Pipeline, Questar Gas and Questar Regulated Services Companies prior to joining D. R. Griffin in 2007. His experience there included managing all design drafting and survey services as Project Coordinator as well as being a Lead Designer in the Automation Engineering Department. Ray attended college in California in Biological Science, Mathematics and Civil Engineering, completing course work in 1975. He is a licensed land surveyor in Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah, obtaining his first certificate in 1988.
